Positive: The security was great. Was able to comfortably fit 6 adults and one infant.

Negative: The beds were rock hard, pillows so soft they were practically non existent. Only one 'warm' tub was available from the two listed and that had exposed wires from a light being replaced. Was able to hear every noise from the apartment above. Travel cot that was provided was missing bassinet parts and was extremely difficult to put up. Ended up using a friends as it was not comfortable enough for a 6month old.

Positive: Was a lovely apartment, a little out the way but that was fine as we had a car and it was nice and quiet

Negative: Better lighting needed on balcony for night time. Trying to get hold of someone to get the code to collect keys from box after hours was hard work. Noone would answer the phone for ages. So instructions needed before arrival, especially after a very long flight.
